English: The Roman Catholic Cathedral Church of St. John (Sint-Janskathedraal) of 's-Hertogenbosch is the height of gothic architecture in Brabant, the Netherlands. It has an extensive and richly decorated interior, and serves as the cathedral for the bishopric of 's-Hertogenbosch.

Français : La cathédrale Saint-Jean (ou plus exactement : cathédrale-basilique Saint-Jean l'Évangéliste) de Bois-le-Duc constitue le sommet de l'architecture gothique brabançonne aux Pays-Bas. C'est un superbe édifice, imposant par son ampleur et sa richesse en ornements. La cathédrale fut construite à l'origine comme simple église paroissiale, mais devint collégiale dès 1366. En 1559, elle fut élevée au rang de cathédrale du nouvel évêché de Bois-le-Duc. La cathédrale a reçu en 1929 le titre de basilique. L'église est inscrite sur la liste du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO.

Nederlands: De Sint-Janskathedraal (voluit: de Kathedrale Basiliek van Sint-Jan Evangelist) in de binnenstad van 's-Hertogenbosch is het hoogtepunt van de Brabantse gotiek. De Sint-Jan staat op de hoek van de Parade en de Torenstraat waaraan zich de hoofdingang bevindt. De kathedraal imponeert door zijn omvang en enorme rijkdom aan beeldhouwwerk. Uniek in Nederland zijn de dubbele luchtbogen en uniek in de wereld zijn de 96 luchtboogfiguren, geïnspireerd door de schilder Jeroen Bosch. De kathedraal werd oorspronkelijk als parochiekerk gebouwd en werd in 1366 tot kapittelkerk en in 1559 tot kathedraal van het nieuwe Bisdom 's-Hertogenbosch verheven. De kathedraal kreeg op 22 juni 1929 de eretitel basiliek. Het is qua vorm een kruiskerk, meer specifiek een kruisbasiliek. De kerk behoort tot de Top 100 der Nederlandse UNESCO-monumenten en geldt als zogenaamd Kanjermonument.

É considerada o ponto alto do gótico da região de Brabante, nos Países Baixos. A catedral impressiona por sua enorme dimensão e ricas esculturas. Única nos Países Baixos com seus arcobotantes duplos e única no mundo a ter sobre eles 96 figuras esculpidas inspiradas nas obras do pintor flamengo dos séculos XV e XVI, Jeroen Bosch. A atual catedral foi originalmente uma igreja paroquial, em 1366 tornou-se capitular e em 1559 foi elevada a condição de catedral da nova Diocese de 's-Hertogenbosch. A catedral recebeu em 22 de junho de 1929 o título de Basílica menor. A igreja é o monumento mais conhecido dos Patrimônios da Humanidade dos Países Baixos.
