  • Italiano: Sul retro di un'immagine di una serie di nudi tanto femminili che maschili scatati da Wilhelm von Gloeden (1856–1931), e ambientati su una terrazza dotata di una finestra rotonda, appare la seguente didascalia manoscritta, scritta per il cliente: "La Guerrero, bellissima ballerina spagnola, durante la sua tournée in Italia - qui a Napoli - fotografata nel giardino di una villetta a Posillipo di proprietà <del> pittore Di Marco". La presenza in compagnia della modella di uno dei modelli taorminesi (Pietro) in età ormai adulta, data l'evento (con molta approssimazione) attorno al 1896. La stessa modella appare peraltro fotografata anche sulla terrazza di Villa Barbaia sempre a Posillipo. La villa di Di Marco fu usata per ritrarre nudi come minimo altri tre modelli, due maschili ed uno femminile. La data "ante quem" della seria è il 1899, quando è datata la stampa di una di queste immagini. Il pittore potrebbe essere l'abruzzese Giuseppe Di Marco
  • English: On the reverse of an image by Wilhelm von Gloeden (1856–1931) belonging to a set of male and female nudes shot on a terrace showing a round window on the wall, an handwritten note reads: "Ms Guerrero, most pretty Spanish dancer, during her tournée in Italy (here, in Naples), portrayed in the garden of a small villa at Posillipo, owned by painter Di Marco. Since a model from Taormina (Pietro) in adult age appears by "Ms Guerrero", this set must date from the last period of Gloeden's travels to Naples, i.e. (much roughly) around 1896. However, "Ms Guerrero" also appears on the terrace of Villa Barbaja, together with a small boy. Di Marco's villa was also used as a set for at least two more male and one female models. Since the print of one of these images was dated 1899, the set must have been used within that date.
