Packard Series E is a line of trucks built by the Packard Motor Car Company of Detroit, Michigan. The range consisted of trucks with payloads from 1 - 7½ tn. sh. and introduced late in 1916 and was offered until 1923. All had 4 cylinder engines of Packard's own design. These trucks were the successors of the Packard Series D known for military use in First World War. The chassis of the Packard-Brill trolley buses is derived from Series E.

Series E are the last purpose-built trucks by Packard, all later commercial vehicles were derived from passenger cars.

Series E consisted of:

  • 1E, 1-E or EC (1-1¼ tn. sh.)
  • 1½E or 1½-E (1½-1¾ tn. sh.)
  • 2E, 2-E or EX (2-2½ tn. sh.)
  • 3E, 3-E or ED (3-3½ tn. sh.)
  • 4E, 4-E or EY (4 tn. sh.)
  • 5E, 5-E or EX (5 tn. sh.)
  • 7E, 7-E or EF (7½ tn. sh.)

Note: Not all models were available during the whole production run.

Note: Packard used different styles of naming its vehicle.
