Enfield Market Cross is Grade II listed and dates to 1826. It stood in Enfield Market Place until 1904, after which it was dismantled for use as rubble. Edward Augustus Bowles (1865 – 1954) rescued it for erection in his garden; it is now located in the knot garden south from from the main house.
