The sacred cave Minoan Trapeza (Table of Minos) above the Lasithi plateau, near the village Marmaketo and Tzerminado. Very old sacrificial site. At the beginning of the Early Bronze Age it was perhaps the most important cave in Crete, then its significance overshadowed the other caves.
