English: This property was located in the area designated as the Insula Occidentalis within Regio VI at the terraced edge of Pompeii. It is now referred to as VI.17. It was extensively damaged by Allied bombing raids in 1943. However, some frescoes survived because they were removed by Bourbon excavators and sent to what is now the National Archaeological Museum in Naples, Italy.
