English: This substation at the corner of Utah Avenue South and South Massachusetts Streeet in Seattle originally served the Electron Plan hydroelectric facility on the Puyallup River, built by the Puget Sound Power Company, 1902-1904. Puget Sound Power Company was acquired by Puget Sound Traction, Light and Power Company in 1912.
