Maserati made two barchettas in 1946 based on pre-war engines. They are pictured in this category. Some possibilities for each are:
- Engine 1543, owned by Guido Barbieri, silver colored barchetta, Tipo 6CS46, "RE 8230" license. Chassis by Caiani, body by Fantuzzi.[1] He had acquired engine 1543 in 1938 when buying the 1937 ex-works Ettore Bianco Maserati 6CM s/n 1543. Some historians think this became the 1947 Maserati A6 Panoramica by Zagato s/n 052 which Barbieri also owned [2]
- Engine 1555, owned by Mario Angiolini april to august 1947, license "MO 16613", based on engine 1555. Sold to Varzoni in august 1947 "MO 1933", sold again january 1948 "PV 21920"
