English: The building at 200 Vaughan Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada was initially known as the Civic Auditorium; after it was repurposed in 1970, it became the Manitoba Archives Building. It was completed in 1932 to become a performance and event space and to house the Winnipeg Art Gallery, Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, and the Manitoba Museum. It was designed by George Northwood, Cyril Chivers, Ralph Pratt, Donald Ross and John Semmens in the Art Deco style. In 1970 the Province of Manitoba renovated the building to house the Legislative Library of Manitoba and the Archives of Manitoba. After further renovations in 1995-1999 it also houses the Hudson’s Bay Company Archives.
