English: The sanctuary of Madonna delle Laste was built in the first half of the XVII century, then extended shortly after with a convent of the Discalced Carmelites. In 1810 it was suppressed, then used as the site of an institute of obstetricians, then as barracks of the austro-hungarian army. After the Second World War, it was restored between 1959 and 1962 by the Carmelites, who reopened it on September 30, 1962.
Italiano: Il santuario della Madonna delle Laste fu eretto nella prima metà del XVII secolo, e dopo breve tempo fu esteso con un convento dei Carmelitani Scalzi. Nel 1810 fu soppresso ed usato in seguito prima come sede di un istituto di ostetricia, poi come caserma dell'esercito austro-ungarico. Dopo la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, Fu restaurato tra il 1959 ed il 1962 dai Carmelitani, e nuovamente inaugurato il 30 settembre 1962.
