Mado is a Turkish company which produces "Maraş Dondurması" (hence the name) and other foodstuff and is also a chain of restaurants and cafés in and out of Turkey. Although they trace their production history back to the XIXth Century, they accept the opening of their first "pastane" (coffee shop that serves various pastries also) in Kahramanmaraş at 1980 as a formal establishment year.
