Elizabeth Handley-Seymour, known as Madame Handley-Seymour, was a London fashion designer and court-dressmaker active between 1910 and 1940. In addition to the 1923 wedding dress of Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon (the future Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother) and her 1937 Coronation gown, Handley-Seymour was known for theatrical costumes and society gowns.
