English: Loongson (academic name: Godson) is a family of general-purpose MIPS64 CPUs developed at the Institute of Computing Technology (ICT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in the People's Republic of China. The chief architect is Professor Hu Weiwu.
中文：龍芯（英語：）是 中國科學院计算所设计的通用CPU，採用MIPS精简指令集架構，获得了MIPS科技公司专利授权。第一型的速度是266MHz，最早在2002年開始使用。龍芯2號速度最高為1GHz。龍芯3號于2010年推出成品，而設計的目標則在多核心的設計。目前中科院有研发以龙芯为处理器的超级计算机计划。
