English: The Lawrence Hall Building at 15-23 Bank Street between Golden and State Streets in New London, Connecticut was built in 1920, replacing another building with the same name which was built in 1856 and was destroyed by fire. Designed by Bilderbeck and Langdon, the current building was the location of the Marcus clothing store for over 90 years until it closed in May 2012. It is part of the Downtown New London Historic District. (Description sources: [1], [2] and [3])
