The north side is where both of the two entrances are. SHortly after entering one has a view of an imposing wall to the northwest, with to its east side entrances to two large halls, one above the other. Those probably functioned as stables and assemblance place for warriors. At the end of the lower one (with a striking group of windows and a gate) one can climb stairfs to the ruins of the north tower. One also finds a Nabatean Warrior there, old remains that have been re-used.
