Kandahari cap, is the name used in Afghanistan for the “Kandahari khoulae” which originates in Kandahar, Afghanistan. It is made in Kandahar, Afghanistan, and represents Pashtun identity. It basically means that the person with the Kandahari cap is a prince and when a turban is wrapped around the cap then the person has become a king (i.e., a married man).
