English: The 17th-century tomb as a memorial to Dame Joan born Wadham (died 1603) and her second husband Sir John Young (died 1589) in Bristol Cathedral, England, United Kingdom. Sir John entertained Queen Elizabeth when she visited Bristol in 1574 and was knighted by her.The tomb was placed in the cathedral in 1606. The inscription on the tomb:

KNIGTH AND DAME IOANE HIS WYFE: BY HIM SHE
