- English: The Interstate Commerce Commission Building was built in 1934 as part of the Federal Triangle area in Washington, D.C. The Interstate Commerce Commission occupied the building until 1996. The Environmental Protection Agency took occupancy of the building in 2002. The building was renamed as a component of the William Jefferson Clinton Federal Building in 2013 (known as William J. Clinton-East Building). Entrance at 1201 Constitution Avenue, N.W.
