(en): I amsterdam is the city's tourism marketing slogan. There are three set of letters, one was located at the back of the Rijkmuseum on Museumplein (2004-2018); a second one is located at Schiphol Airport; and a third set of letters is located at the Sloterplas in Nieuw-West as a playing ground. Other sets of letters changes location around the city, making appearances at fashion shows, fairs, festivals and other major events. A scaled-down set of letters can also be found in the courtyard of the Amsterdam Museum.

(nl): I amsterdam is de marketingslogan voor toerisme in Amsterdam. Er zijn drie lettersets, één was stond achter het Rijksmuseum op het Museumplein (2004-2018); een tweede staat op Schiphol Airport; en een derde set letters staat aan de zuidoever van de Sloterplas in Nieuw-West als een speelobject. Andere lettersets hebben verschillende standplaatsen in de stad, en worden geplaatst bij modeshows, beurzen, festivals en andere belangrijke evenementen. Een kleinere set van letters is te vinden in het Amsterdam Museum.
