Henry John Selwin-Ibbetson (26 September 1826 – 15 January 1902), Lord Rookwood of Rookwood Hall, Essex, England. He was a Conservative Member of Parliament for three constituencies in Essex, and served under Bejamin Disraeli. He had three successive wives but no children. He owned Down Hall and Rookwood Hall.
