Hegelstrasse 24 (formerly Bernhardstrasse), Weimar, Germany
Build by architect Rudolf Zapfe for P. Seiler in 1909.
Originally a residence for a single family living on the first two floors connected by an entrance hall and an imposing central staircase. The third floor held the servant's rooms.
The attic was turned into an apartment in 1942 and the three main floors (~140 sqm each) were split during the GDR era to establish seven separate apartments in the building.
Today four apartments remain - one on each floor.
