English: Hannes Sula (1894-1955) was a Finnish-Canadian journalist and trade unionist. In the the 1918 Civil War of Finland Sula fought for the Red Guards, and 1918-1920 he was a member of the Murmansk Legion. Sula was also a talented sprinter who won the 1916 Finnish Championship title in 100 meter-run.
