Français : Sépulture de Philippe-Laurent Roland (1746-1816), sculpteur ; Jean-Marie-Nicolas Lucas de Montigny (1782-1853), Président du Conseil de Préfecture de la Seine, Conseiller d'État. « Stèle en granit, cintrée, dans la face antérieure de laquelle est sculpté le médaillon de l'artiste, par [son ancien élève] P.-J. David d’Angers. Au-dessous du médaillon est un bas-relief, représentant Homère chantant ses poésies d'après la statue du Musée du Louvre qui fait le plus d’honneur à la mémoire de Roland, par [son ancien élève] Louis-Denis Caillouette. » (Jouin, 1897)
