“Fountain Bk 55”, built from Obernkirchen sandstone, at Hamburg cemetery Friedhof Ohlsdorf, map Bk 55.
It is one of once about 50 different fountains built between 1927 and 1933 according to the concept of German architect Paul Frank. The obelisque like central column was planned as a widely visible orientation point. Details: Förderkreis Ohlsdorfer Friedhof.
