English: Ebiya Rinnosuke 海老屋林之助 was a fan merchant selling fan prints (intended to be cut out and stuck onto a frame) from 1832. By the mid 1840s, Ebiya had started producing more normal-sized prints. Ebiya operated from the same premises as, and worked cooperatively with Enshūya Matabei 遠州屋又兵衛. Ebiya's output increased in the 1850s. From 1876 prints were sealed with the family name Ueki Rinnosuke 植木林之助, and although they remained in business until around 1895, they were not particularly active. The shop also used the names Ebirin 海老林 and Kaijudō 海寿堂.

In the earlier part of his career, they commissioned almost exclusively from Kuniyoshi and Kunisada, only using other artists from the late 1850s. The company was part of the group that published the great "Processional Tōkaidō" Go-jōraku Tōkaidō or Tōkaidō Meisho no Uchi [東海道名所の内]. There are some prints in the collection from this series by Hiroshige II and Sadahide.
