English: East Edgar Street in Seattle T-junctions into Boyer Avenue East just west of Portage Bay (a bay of Lake Union). East Edgar Street Shoreline Street End is a public shore access extending a bit beyond the East Edgar Street right of way along the bay, immediately north of the Queen City Yacht Club. Seattle shoreline street end #70. It is also known as Astrid's Park, though it does not have official status as a city park. Astrid Caroline Neal, after whom the street end is unofficially named, was a champion skier and Olympic contender who died in a ski accident on Crystal Mountain at age 17 in 1981.
