Former Takáts building. Built to the spice trader, Mr. János Takáts in 1899 (1900?), Neobaroque style. Planned by Gyula Sweiger(?). Till 1930s here was the representation of the Zsolnay Porcelain Manufakture, the ceramic reliefs on the facade refer to it - 3 Duna Street = 39 Váci Street, Belváros (Inner City) neighbourhood, Belváros-Lipótváros district, Budapest, Hungary.
