English: Doune ( Gaelic: An Dùn, 'the fort') is a burgh in the district of Stirling, Scotland, on the River Teith. Traditionally and geographically, Doune lies within Perthshire (this is also reflected in postal addresses, for example Earn Farm, Doune, Perthshire). However, administratively Doune is under the control of Stirling Council. Doune is assigned Falkirk postcodes starting 'FK'.

Galego: Doune é unha viliña do distrito de Stirling, na parroquia de Kilmadock, pero pertencente ao condado de Perthshire, en Escocia. En toda a parroquia, da que Doune é o único núcleo de importancia, hai 2003 habitantes (censo de xaneiro de 2004).
Nederlands: Doune is een burgh in het Schotse district Stirling aan de rivier de Teith. Het dorp is vooral bekend vanwege Doune Castle, gebouwd in de late 14de eeuw. Het kasteel is onder meer bekend doordat er scènes zijn opgenomen voor Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
