Second of two chassis created in 1936 by Albert Lory, at the request of Prince Chula Chakrabongse of Siam for his racing cousin Prince Bira, based on the 15 S 8 of 1927 but with a new front suspension with independent wheels ; following the engine's failure in 1950, Rob Walker fitted it with a two-stage supercharged E-Type ERA engine (English Racing Automobiles).
