English: Dai miao — Temple of the God of Mount Tai — an ancient Taoist temple on Mount Tai.
  • Located north of Tai'an, in Shandong Province, eastern China.
  • First built during the Qin Dynasty (221—206 BCE). Since the Han Dynasty (206 BCE—220 CE), its design has been a replica of the Imperial Palace. The centerpiece "Palace of Heavenly Blessings" (Tian Kuang), was built in 1008 CE, during the reign of the Song Dynasty.
