This is a museum in parts of the complex at its west side. A text from the Trakya University (responsible for its upkeep) says, translated: "After the complex was transferred to Trakya University work was accelerated to transform the hospital section into a "Health Museum", it opened and put into service on April 23, 1997. The madrasa section of the complex was opened to visitors on 23.04.2008 under the name of "Medical Madrasah." Years later another museum was opened in parts on the east side of the complex. In that museum, which is Turkey's first imaret museum, visitors and citizens are served lokma and meals prepared with food purchased with the support of philanthropists. In the museum, the soup kitchen concept and services of the period are revived and there are kitchen utensils, wax statues reflecting the people working in the soup kitchen and a digital table where photographs can be viewed.
