English: Citadel Outlets is an outdoor shopping mall surrounded by defensive walls located along I-5 (the Santa Ana Freeway) in Commerce, California and is the only outlet mall in Los Angeles County. The place, modeled after an Assyrian palace, was originally built as a tire factory in 1929. It reopened as an outlet mall in 1990.[1][2][3]
