English: Charles Hindley & Sons was a house furnishing company based in London that acquired Miles & Edwards in 1844. They sold furniture, carpets and wallpaper, fabric for curtains, linings, fringes, cords and other fabric related items taking orders from across the British Isles. They also made curtain rods and draperies to order, and took in furniture to be upholstered. Charles Hindley & Sons operated until 1892.
