English: The Candlelight Party is a personalist liberal party in Cambodia. The party was a member of the Council of Asian Liberals and Democrats, Liberal International, and the Alliance of Democrats.

中文：桑蘭西黨是一個柬埔寨的自由主義政黨。與美國、法國關係密切。前身是1995年11月2日成立的高棉民族黨。 1998年3月10日以黨魁的名字更名為桑蘭西黨。在1998年第二次大選中贏得國會15個議席。 2003年第3次大選中國會議席增至24個。 2008年第4次大選獲得國會議席26個。 2012年併入柬埔寨救國黨。
