The Beulah Wesleyan Methodist Church, located at 221 West 136th Street between Adam Clayton Powell Jr. and Frederick Douglass Boulevards in the Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was built in 1965 and was designed by Leon Dunkley, who combined together three row houses (#219-223) originally built in 1891-95.
