English: Bell turrets are bell enclosures which sit on and are supported by any part of a roof. They differ from bell towers, which are complete structures that can be separate from buildings, or can be attached to and may be part of the side of buildings, and include a belfry level. They differ from bell gables, which are single wall upper extensions of wall ends with hollow openings for bells.
