Közlenmiş biber, közde biber, köz biber or al biber mezesi is a simple Turkish meze made with charcoal grilled red peppers (not hot) seasoned with virgin olive oil and garlics (also "a las brasas"). Similar food may be found in Spain and other Mediterranean countries.
