Deutsch: Die Adler & Oppenheimer Aktiengesellschaft war eines der größten deutschen Unternehmen der Lederindustrie in der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts. Das Unternehmen wurde 1872 in Straßburg gegründet und war ab 1900 eine Aktiengesellschaft. Die Umbenennung in Norddeutsche Lederwerke 1940/41 stand im Zusammenhang mit der sogenannten „Arisierung“ des Unternehmens.
