English: 322 1st Ave S, corner of Jackson. Originally (1900) Capitol Brewing and Malting Company, later Olympia Brewing Company, Tumwater Tavern. In the 1990s and 2000s this housed, among other things, Bud's Jazz Records.
This was the first building restored in the Skid Road - Pioneer Square Historical District (1963, by architect Ralph Anderson).
