English: 301-305 Washington Avenue between Willoughby and Dekalb Avenues in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn are three Queen Anne style houses which were designed to appear to be one large house by the architect, John Mumford, in 1880. They are Philadelphia brick with trim of stone, wood, and terra cotta. It is part of the Clinton Hill Historic District. (Source: "Clinton Hill Historic District Designation Report")
