The building at 208 West 13th Street between Seventh and Greenwich Avenues in the West Village neighborhood of Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York City was built c.1869 as Public School 16, later the Food and Maritime Trades Vocational High School, in the Italianate style, possible designed by Thomas R. Jackson. The school was expanded c.1859 and c.1899 by C.B.J. Snyder. The building was converted into a community center in 1997 by Francoise Bollack, and is currently the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Services Center, which bought the building in 1983. The front of the building says "Kaplan Diamond Building". The building is located in the Greenwich Village Historic District.
