English: Anglican church music is music that is written for Christian worship in Anglican religious services. It mostly consists of pieces sung by a church choir which may be accompanied by a organ. Anglican music is an important part of worship in the Church of England, the Scottish Episcopal Church, the Church in Wales, the Church of Ireland, the Episcopal Church in America, the Anglican Church of Australia, and other Anglican Christian denominations, as well as the Roman Catholic Church.
