Description
English: Retrograde Flow following Trypsin Treatment of a Dense Epithelial Sheet (II). This is the same data as in Movie S8, but slowed down, and shown with greater time resolution for a brief period of time. In it, we can see the motion of cells retrograde to the wound (left side). The data in these two movies is shown in Fig S5. Images are taken in brightfield.
