缸炉烧饼作为河北省特色小吃之一，以唐山市和石家庄市周边地区的缸炉烧饼为代表，以缸横卧、内壁贴饼、外温内烘是其独特的制作方法。 2月22日，石家庄市藁城区韩家洼村缸炉烧饼制作人刘雪涛正忙着和面，赶制新一炉的烧饼。刘雪涛介绍，缸炉烧饼的制法在火候上极讲究，因缸里呈凹形，温度高了或低了，烧饼都要滑下来。只有火候掌握得当，烤出来的烧饼才能色泽焦黄、酥脆焦香。 |
