This logo image consists only of simple geometric shapes or text. It does not meet the threshold of originality needed for copyright protection, and is therefore in the public domain. There is no need to make an edit request; the file description page is not protected anymore. In any case, I went ahead and added that category there, and am marking this as  Done. odder (talk) 12:41, 28 February 2013 (UTC)

Do we need all the space around?

Do we need all the space around the logo? Especially the extra horizontal width. Makes it difficult to align this logo with other SVG logos or HTML elements (usually without surrounding space). If you need the space you can always add it with the page formatting, not inside the SVG.--Qgil (talk) 05:50, 29 March 2013 (UTC)
