More detailed explanation: This template uses language that is inappropriate for filedesc pages ("Congratulations", "You", …). I did not create the /doc page (but made this change). Yes it is : this template congratulates ME (Llann Wé²) because it's MY OWN picture taken with MY EOS trying to catch the best snapshot of the BMX jump. It's MY award for the challenge !!!

On the challenge description page it's written : "The best three pictures will be awarded first, second and third place. They will be displayed on the Photo challenge page and may use the template {{Photo challenge winner}} on the file description page."
