Dear Mr Tony,

I recently returned to (Penang) from (China), via (Xian) on flight (D7347) which arrived (26/10/2014) dept from Xian at (00:15) and arrived at (Klia2 Airport)at 5:15am , and transit Klia2 on flight no (AK6124) to Penang at 8.35 and arrived at 9.30

My luggage, which was supposed to be checked all the way through to my final destination, baggage tag No. (PEN271393) has apparently been completely miss-placed and possibly off loaded in China or in KL.

It has been 6days now has absolutely no information for me as to the whereabouts of my luggage!

I find it completely unprofessional how in our world today with the security and technology available to you as a large airline can completely miss-place baggage.

I have certain items inside which are completely irreplaceable and very imported items as well

I hope that the bag will be located and sent back but should it never turn up and be reported missing indefinitely, I believe that I am entitled to some form of compensation from the airline.
