BadSVG[edit]

The file has 43 errors – I think a {{badSVG}} template would be appropiate. Probably a admin could add this template because the file page is write protected. Debianux (talk) 07:53, 10 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, this is not really a bad SVG. It's just because it was made with Inkscape, which added its own tags in the SVG source code. These tags are not recognized by the w3c validator. But the SVG is still visible and editable, and able to convert in a PNG file by Librsvg.
It's easy to transform an Inkscape SVG in a Plain SVG ; I've done it here I'll do it tomorrow because you ask about it, but for my other files, I prefer keep the Inkscape files. It's easier to work with. Sémhur (talk) 13:48, 10 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Because of these errors my browser (Iceweasel aka Mozilla Firefox, version 2) crashes when opening the file – so I could not even check if it is a Inkscape SVG format file. Why should it be easier to work with the Inkscape SVG format? I have never seen an advantage of this format … But anyway, it is really a great image! Well done!
