It's unclear what this map represents

What do the colors mean? Are they the percentage of Spanish speakers in each state? Or only people who speak Spanish as a first language? Whoever knows needs to make a legend as soon as possible, or at least explain what the map means in the image description. SteveSims 06:14, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
