This is an SVG file alright, but it cannot be edited - at least not with Inkscape. This is a pity, because it prevents it from being translated. Would it be possible to upload or receive an editable version? Markus Nielbock (talk) 16:19, 7 August 2018 (UTC)

Have you tried opening it in a notepad? That might be enough to translate it. I can't try that myself at the moment but that's how I found the sources that are on the bottom left so I assume all text would be accessible/editable this way. --Trougnouf (talk) 16:25, 7 August 2018 (UTC)
